We are a barista. This is a good quality matcha for the price and the purpose of making matcha lattes
Did the colour match your expectations? 100% Yes
Did the matcha clump or whisk smoothly? No. As I always use a sieve to sift matcha.
Any bitterness? Slight astringency. But this is the matcha profile.
How many servings have you made so far with this pack? 350 matcha latte servings per 1kg barista pack. I use 3g per matcha latte serving.
